Courtney Clem (Williamston class of 2010) and Lisa Vogel (Williamston
class of 2011) are both members of the MSU Varsity Womens’ Soccer
team. Lisa played forward for WHS and Courtney played goalie. Courtney
was voted the Big
Ten Defensive Player of the Week for her shutout in goal against
Bowling Green and 4-1 victory against UC Santa Barbara.

Leslie Needler ('06) - Played freshman at Aquinas College.
Jacquelyn Barrett ('06) - Played at Saginaw Valley State
University for 4 year, captain her senion year.
Michelle Young ('05) - Played 2 years varsity at Ferris
State University.
Michelle Kavanagh ('04) - Played 4 years at Defiance College
in Defiance Ohio. Currently Girls Assistant Varsity coach.
Julia Rice ('04) - Played at Michigan State University 2
years varsity. WHS goalie coach since 05 Skipped only one year.
Jenna Schrumpf ('03) - Played 4 years GK at Western Michigan.
Currently goalie coach for Bay City John Glenn HS.
Katie Kruse ('01) - Played club soccer at MSU four years.
Stephanie Blumer ('01) - Played at Olivet her freshman year.
Barb Powell ('01) - Played 4 years at Saginaw Valley State
University. Team Captain as a senior. Assistant coach in 04.
Jenna Blumer ('98) - Played GK for MSU club team in 2002.
Helped lead the team to their 1st NIRSA bid as one of the top 16
teams in the country.
Alexis Perkins ('97) - Played at Spring Arbor.
